WINTER AFTER 3 REGISTRATION ENDS ON FRIDAY, JANUARY 10TH! CLASSES BEGIN THE WEEK OF JANUARY 13TH

Top things to remember when registering for an After 3 class…

  1. Computers: The easiest way to register is on a computer. If you must use your phone, use a Browser: Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc. Trying to register through an app such as google, may not make the screen appear correctly.

  2. No Refunds: The new online registration system collects funds upfront and charges a fee for each transaction. If you request to cancel a class, you will be charged or your refund will not include the transaction fee.

  3. Schedules: Double check your schedule. There are many after school activities such as IMSA Fusion, Band, Orchestra, Newspaper Club, Math Team, District Musical, etc.  If you want to register your child for a class, but are unsure whether he/she will be participating in the IMSA class and what day, send the After 3 Committee an email explaining the situation. They may help you come up with a solution for your unique situation.

  4. Grade Levels: Please check the grade levels for the classes that you are registering. Unlike registration systems we have used in the past, the web store will not block you from registering your 2nd grader in a class meant for 4th-6th graders. The grade parameters are put into place by the instructors and we need to adhere to their requests.

  5. Checking Out: If you are signing up multiple students for the same class, please add one "quantity" per child into your cart, as we will need the information you provide for each child. For example, order "1", fill out the information for your first child. Go back and order "1" and fill out the information for your second child. You will put classes into your shopping cart and will be ask for payment when checking out. Once checkout is complete, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email. Save that email as it will have your child's classes listed in it.

  7. Absences from class: Please contact the After 3 Committee members if your child will be absent from a class, or has decided to stop coming to a class. The After 3 program is a separate entity from the school, therefore we do not know if your child was absent for the day. Send a quick email toMichelle Michelini, meeshiest@gmail.com
