Donate an Adult Party, Kid Party, or a "Big Ticket" auction item to the Annual Silent Auction that takes place this school year on Friday, January 25th!
Sign-Up Deadline: January 11th
The Silent Auction is coming up on Friday, January 25. This is the biggest fundraiser of the year for the Spring Avenue PTO.
In preparing for this event, we are now asking families to participate in donating/hosting parties for kid and Adult socials. In addition to the parties, we are looking for donations of "Big Ticket" items to auction off as well.
Art Awareness is also participating in this event by completing projects during the month December. The completed art work will be auctioned off as well.
Please know that your donations and time are welcomed and much appreciated!
*Please see below for information on how to become involved*
Adult Party
-Volunteers offer to host a party. Families often choose to host parties together.
-When you host an adult party, you receive $10 back from the PTO for each attendee. For example, if 40 guests attend, the PTO will give you $400 to offset the party cost .
-Together with the PTO, the hosts determine a ticket price which helps to cover some of the expenses and provides a donation to the PTO. Hosts choose how many tickets will be available for their party.
-Some extra amazing hosts volunteer to donate the whole party so all the proceeds go to the PTO!
-Adults sign up for the party and pay a "ticket price" on the auction website that also coordinates with the Adult Social being held on January 25.
Past parties include: Cinco De Mayo, Oktoberfest, 90s party, dad's night out, family bbq, dinner parties, craft or art party, teaching your talent, etc.
New ideas include: Chili Cook- Off, Pet Parade After Party, Progressive Dinners.
